Licensed counselors perform evaluations considering both substance use and mental health issues.

Open to ages 19 or older.

  • Fast turn-around. Our counselors can complete the written evaluation within one week of appointment in most cases.
  • Criminal justice preferred provider vouchers accepted.
  • In-jail evaluations available.
