We welcome new Board of Directors

The Bridge at Cornhusker Place’s board of directors has nominated new leadership and has added five new board members as two current members come to the end of their respective terms. The board of directors provides oversight and strategic direction for the 30-year old nonprofit which provides comprehensive substance abuse detoxification and treatment.
The new executive committee includes:
- Terry Wittler, President – Cline, Williams, Wright, Johnson and Oldfather, LLP
- Karen Helmberger, Past President – Union Bank and Trust
- Amy Arduser, Vice President/President Elect – Teledyne Isco, Inc.
- Mariana Munoz de Schell, Secretary – Food Bank of Lincoln
- Adam Lenzen, Treasurer – Pinnacle Bank
New members to join the board include:
- Pat Hunter-Pirtle – Lincoln Public Schools director of secondary education
- Todd Duncan – University of Nebraska Police Department
- Dean Settle – retired, Community Mental Health Center
- Sargent Mayde McGuire – Lincoln Police Department
- Lloyd Hinkley – HD Hinkley and Associates
Effective July 2013, they have joined the existing board of directors which includes: Jerry Boyce, Boyce Construction; Dennis Keefe, Office of the Lancaster County Public Defender; Tom Rathbun, Lancaster County Adult Probation; Joe Wright, Lincoln Public Schools and Lt. Col. Steven Petersen, Nebraska Military Department.
Anne Kubr, Lux Middle School, and Tammy Stevenson, Community Volunteer, will be leaving the board after six years of service as their terms have ended.
